Last week, Amanda’s mom Lynn Bynes regained legal control of her daughter until early next year.
Despite her mom’s conservatorship, Amanda was released from her psychiatric hold, and made headlines wandering around Hollywood.
Sources tell us that Amanda has made death threats against Lynn and her husband Rick. Because of this, they are dropping their conservatorship and moving back to Texas. Amanda’s siblings are currently in Texas and just as fearful.
