The rocker, who hasn’t been seen out and about since September, recently disclosed to a fan on Twitter that she’s suffering from “health issues”.
Uh-oh, what kind of health issues? We’re sure the rumors about her disintegrating marriage to Chad Kroeger aren’t helping!

While the 30-year-old didn’t reveal exactly what she’s suffering from, it must be serious enough to keep her out of the public eye!
The Girlfriend singer tweeted:
“I’m not feeling well. I’m having some health issues. So please keep me in your prayers.
