This is better than him continuing to stay quiet at least.
Bill Cosby has been embroiled in allegations of rape and molestation from over 20 women who have come forward in recent months, but he’s stayed pretty silent on the issue.

However, the comedian gave a brief statement over the phone on Friday, when he said:
“Let me say this. I only expect the black media to uphold the standards of excellence in journalism and when you do that you have to go in with a neutral mind.”
We’d hope all media, regardless of race, would have a ‘neutral mind’ while reporting on things. Unfortunately for Cosby, SO many women have come forward that it’s tough for anyone to have a wholly ‘neutral mind.’
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, which is likely why some of Cosby’s alleged victims want to take him to court for money, since their statute of limitations has run out. It’s a chance for them to get justice, and for their claims to be fully legitimized!
But Cosby keeping quiet about the issue, even when former male coworkers have come forward, probably isn’t helping anyone keep a ‘neutral mind.’
