Orange Is The New Black Is The Breakout Win For Outstanding Performance By An Ensemble In A Comedy Series At The SAG Awards

Modern Family has taken this award for the last four years in a row, so it’s an understatement to say that they were a favorite to win!
But with the other shows in contention for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series at the SAG Awards, it wasn’t going to be easy.
And they were dethroned by Orange is the New Black!
The show won its second award of the night, and all before the first commercial break!
The other nominees were The Big Bang Theory, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Modern Family, and Veep.
All of these shows are fantastic, but there can only be one winner. Congrats, OITNB!!!
