Was there a dress code for this event???
If there was, it probably said something like, “wear whatever the hell you want!”
That would explain why Amanda Seyfried and Raven-Symoné took such drastically different approaches to clothing at opening night for The Way We Get By in New York on Tuesday.
Amanda looked simply pretty in a white and gold black and blue Oscar de la Renta floral print cocktail dress and black Christian Louboutin pumps.
Yet Raven’s style couldn’t have been more opposite to the blonde actress’ — the former Disney star paired baggy camouflage pants with a madras blazer and Doc Marten combat boots featuring a print of Hieronymous Bosch‘s Garden of Earthly Delights.
Hieronymous Bosch! On shoes!
That’s about as weird as weird gets! But also kind of awesome in its insanity.
