And Bill Cosby gets ANOTHER small legal victory.
A judge recently tossed out one of the defamation lawsuits against the scandalized star. In 2014, Renita Hill claimed the comedian had drugged and sexually assaulted her in the ’80s.
And this past October, she filed a legal complaint against him in Pennsylvania.

In the docs, the 48-year-old said the actor and his lawyers made her seem like a “liar” and “extortionist” while responding to her allegations.
However, the judge believed that the statements made by the 78-year-old’s team were protected by the First Amendment, and that they were just generalizations about all of his accusers, so they weren’t specifically defamatory towards Renita.
The judge dismissed the suit with prejudice, meaning Bill’s alleged victim can’t alter the suit and re-file it. However, her lawyers are planning on appealing the decision.
