Who is even surprised???
When Donald Trump can’t even get the Easter Egg Roll right, it’s not exactly hard to believe he would skip the White House Passover Seder. Especially when the tradition was started during the Obama administration!

Drumpf and his Jewish daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her Jewish husband, Jared Kushner, all skipped the annual Seder this year, it was confirmed by the White House.
A spokeswoman for the White House, Natalie Strom, said:
“The event was really for the staff who were unable to get home to spend the holiday with their families.”
She added:
“Unlike the previous administration’s celebrations, all food was prepared by a kosher for Passover catering company and other kosher guidelines were followed as closely as possible. There were about 35 people in attendance, both Jewish staff and their families who wanted to celebrate the holiday and non-Jewish staff who were interested in learning about the traditions.”
“Unlike the previous administration’s celebrations”??? That sounds like shade. So now the White House is being petty about a religious holiday. Wow. This administration is just UGH.
The original White House Passover Seder was started by three aides who held the first Seder in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania during Obama’s 2008 campaign. They were surprised and delighted when Obama joined them. Following that inaugural event, the president hosted a Seder every year of his presidency. Because he has class and integrity, that’s why!
