John Oliver says what we’re all thinking!
During this Sunday’s Last Week Tonight, the funny man ripped into Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner in an EPIC 22 minute long rant where he called out the twosome’s swift rise to power. In case you forgot, both of the Kushners have taken roles in the West Wing — despite the fact they both have very little political experience.

While many people have praised Ivanka and Jared as the moderating force in the White House, there isn’t much evidence that the powerhouse couple have actually done anything to temper the controversial president. We mean, it’s kind of bananas that Donald Trump has tapped Mr. Kushner to repair the Middle East, eliminate the country’s opioid crisis, and assist in restructuring the Federal government when we haven’t even really heard him speak out loud. As Oliver put it, if Jared and Ivanka are the only reason you’re sleeping at night then “you should probably still be awake.” Snap! Snap!
