As we reported, on Thursday around 4 a.m. EDT, Khloé Kardashian gave birth to her baby girl at Hillcrest Hospital outside of Cleveland, Ohio.

Despite his alleged cheating scandal, baby daddy Tristan Thompson was reportedly in the delivery room during the magical moment.
Unfortunately, hours later, the Cleveland Cavaliers player was photographed leaving his new baby momma’s side.
As seen in the following photo from a WKYC producer, the NBA baller was seen getting into his black Rolls Royce:
