Bill Cosby‘s wife is doubling down on her support of the scandalized comedian.
As you surely know, the controversial funny man’s rape retrial came to a close in April, after the disgraced industry vet was found GUILTY on three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand. The 80-year-old now potentially faces a sentence tantamount to life in prison ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ 10 years for each charge.

Thus, it isn’t surprising to learn that, Camille Cosby has once again rushed to defend her husband amid his very troubling controversy. Specifically, Mrs. Cosby has launched a verbal attack against prosecutor Kevin Steele, demanding a criminal investigation into his work. Oh, and she’s blamed the media and a “perjured testimony” by Constand for causing Bill’s conviction.
Hmmm, we think it was the 60+ plus women who spoke out about being victims that influenced the guilty verdict. Just sayin’!!
In a three page statement, Camille defended that her husband’s conviction was equivalent to the series of wrongs set upon African Americans since the slavery days in the U.S. In reference to the largely white group of people working on this case, she noted:
“This is a homogenous group of exploitive and corrupt people, whose primary purpose is to advance themselves professionally and economically at the expense of Mr. Cosby’s life… This is mob justice, not real justice. This tragedy must be undone not just for Bill Cosby, but for the country.”
Sure, maybe there was a mob like mentality surrounding this case. But, this tends to happen, when someone is accused of SERIAL RAPING women.
Nonetheless, Mrs. Cosby added:
“We the majority of the people must make America what it declared itself to be ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ a democracy ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ not to be destroyed by vicious, lying, self-absorbed paradigms of evilness.”
*Eye roll* It appears that Camille is blinded by her loyalty to Bill.
Understandably, Camille’s words have caused quite the reaction on Twitter. Early Thursday morning, the Philadelphia native’s lady found herself trending on the social media site, as users weighed in:
