Now that the fourth Twilight novel is being turned into two films, Summit Entertainment rushed to get deals in place for stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. Even deals for secondary stars Peter Facinelli and Billy Burke are done, but it hasn’t been easy settling up with the entire cast.
The Cullen kids (i.e. Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene) are demanding bigger paydays. Although their offers from Summit are at least 10 times their salary on the first film, the actors find the paycheck “offensive” given the money Twilight makes at the box office.
“We may have a situation where one of them is thrown out on the street to make a point,” claims a source.
It’s been said that as long as the main trio stays the same, audiences would forgive a casting change.
