Hi Alex,
I would like to know how I can get my lower abs defined (I can see the upper part of my 6-pack so a 2-pack but can├óΓé¼Γäót get my bottom 4-pack). Do you have any suggestions? I try to change my workouts every 4 weeks so I don├óΓé¼Γäót get burned out. Also it seems that I’m not really getting anywhere I can see some definition but I have doing this for over a year.

I can see from this that you’re in pretty decent shape !
I would recommend that you run 1st thing in the morning after a cup of coffee or a natural juice between 25 to 30 minutes & do a series of 5 sets of any ab exercises you choose, immediately after the run while you’re still sweating-3 times a week. Come by DeLaBBc, we specialize in 6 packs!
