This Reality Show Is About To Get The Biggest Change! Alison Sweeney Is Leaving The Biggest Loser!

Say it ain’t so!
After hosting for 8 years, Alison Sweeney is saying goodbye to The Biggest Loser! Gone are the Days Of Our Lives where we watched the blonde beauty track the weight-loss progress of the competition show’s overweight contestants.

The program’s producers confirmed that the former soap opera actress will not be back for season 17:

“After an incredible run together, Alison Sweeney will not be returning as host of The Biggest Loser next season.”

It truly is the end of an era! Alison had been the show’s ringleader since season 4, which aired back in 2007. But even though this chapter of her life is coming to a close, the 38-year-old is still going to be a busy bee!
She produced and starred in a Hallmark movie called Love on the Air, which is set to premiere late next month. And that’s not all!
She will also have a second movie — titled Murder, She Baked — premiering on the network’s Movies & Mysteries channel in November.
But, don’t forget her upcoming third novel! Alison’s book Opportunity Knocks will hit shelves next year.
We will really miss seeing the TV personality hosting the weight-loss show, but we are itching to find out who NBC will tap as the next host! The network is expected to announce the news early next month! Who would U like to see host the show?
