Biggest Loser’s Alison Sweeney Talks Parenting and Fitness Routine

Alison Sweeney may be the host of the The Biggest Loser, but she’s most definitely one of the biggest winners at a reality show called life! Lolz!
The mommy talked a little bit about how she finds time to stay in shape while also doing the mommy thing!
Here’s what she said about parenting:

“Manners and structure are really important to us. We├óΓé¼Γäóre the parents, and we├óΓé¼Γäóre in charge. We don├óΓé¼Γäót take a lot of sass from our kids, but we love them so much, and they know that.├óΓé¼┬¥

And here’s what she said about keeping in shape:

“I run and ride my bike (both outside and at spin class). I try to complete a good cardio workout at least four times a week, and then, at least once a week, I do circuit training with weights.”

Sounds like a lot of hard work!
And yet it also sounds totally worth it because that hard work has most noticeably paid off!!!
