This just can’t be true!
Attorney Gregory Owen recently filed a claim on behalf of a 5-year-old alleging that preschool-aged children were giving each other oral sex at the First Lutheran Child Development Center in Carson, CA., and we just can’t believe this happened!!
The lawsuit is stating that students were stripping down and doing NAS-TAY things to each other during nap time and on the playground.
Owen plans on filing five additional suits before this month ends, and will be representing six kids and their parents.
We’re pretty sure Gregory is gonna take the school down because back in November the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services noted that the institution’s supervision was minimal and it “allowed for inappropriate touching between minor students.”
However, youth violence and sexual behavior expert, Kathryn Seifert thinks this is completely normal, adding:
“Young children are not developmentally prepared to engage in sex. Their brains are not ready to absorb that kind of information.”
We understand that children probably don’t know what they’re doing, but still! There’s no reason why kiddies should be engaging in anything that only grown ups should do.
