Amanda Bynes has recently relocated to New York City after getting a second DUI.
The actress seemed to be acting somewhat erratically, but explained to Twitter that she’s transferring to NYU or Columbia!
But it seems like her strange behavior is FAR from over!

We reported the other day how Amanda attended the NYLON magazine It Girl Prom the other night and forced a fan to delete a picture they took of her.
Well, apparently things gets worse.
Sources dished to TMZ that Amanda was, at first, only yelling at the people who were taking her picture, but snapped and attacked one girl, scratching at her neck and digging her nails into her arms!
NOT good! That’s not normal behavior!
Reportedly the woman won’t be pressing charges, stating that she’s still a fan, but still! People don’t just go around clawing other people like that!
However, the strange behavior doesn’t end there!
It seems that the next day Amanda decided she wanted to go shopping at Bloomingdales, so she did.
Except she was seen by multiple shoppers wandering the store for hours on end with only one shoe and mumbling to herself!
Stories of this kind of behavior worry us, gurl!
