Even after all of the drama it caused last time, Amanda Bynes is STILL not afraid to call someone an “ugly black man!”
However, in this case, she was lashing out at a member of the paparazzo who was getting WAY too close for comfort!
The troubled starlet, who took to Twitter last night to not only deny the details of her weed-smoking, bong-throwing, evidence-tampering arrest Thursday and go so far to claim that she was sexually harassed by a cop who “slapped” her vagina, wasted no time once again hitting the streets of New York City to purchase herself a new wig, but when she returned her apartment, tried to shield her face from a group of photogs!
But when one of them tried to rip off the scarf covering her head, she lost it, and said:
“You can’t touch me. Is it the ugly black one? Oh, there’s another ugly black man. It’s just your face. It’s not a black thing … There’s an ugly white one. It’s not racist.”

Meanwhile, it appears that the NYPD IS, in fact, taking the her claims of sexual harassment seriously, as chief spokesman Paul Browne announced today that there will an investigation from Internal Affairs:
“As it would with any such allegation, regardless of its credibility, IAB is investigating it.”
Good!
As much as we hope it’s not true, claims that serious CANNOT be ignored!
