This little drug issue just turned into a serious sitch!
Amanda Bynes might not think her marijuana arrest was such a big dealio, but considering she’s had legal problems in the past, it’s far bigger than one might think.
See, if you’re on probation (which Amanda is for pleading no contest to driving on a suspended license), you can be in violation of that probation if you’re arrested (which Amanda was for marijuana and that bong tossing game she was playing).
And we ALL know what a problem a probation violation can be for someone. Right, Lindsay Lohan??
Burbank’s District Attorney Denny Wei has revealed what might go down as a result of this new legal trouble:
“We get info from the prosecuting agency, in this case the NYPD, and we will review the report and make the determination whether to file a probation violation with the court.”
And if it’s true??
She could be facing a $1,000 fine AND six months in the slammer!
Yup, Amanda could be going from wigs, ripped tights and toplessness to a stylish orange jumpsuit.
Do YOU think she’ll end up in jail??
