Oh boy, this is a doozy of a Twitter rant.
Amanda Bynes returned to the Twitterverse to tell everyone she’s transferring to NYU or Columbia, but it seems she’s drifting back to her old ways with a brand new rant to the world.
She doesn’t address the two shoplifting incidents that happened yesterday…

But Amanda is letting everyone know that she is ‘actually really smart’ and ‘not insane.’
In fact, anyone that publishes lies about her is getting sued because she ‘hired the best lawyer in New York City.’
Seriously.
OH, and she confirmed that she IS engaged, getting married, and People will published the photos from her wedding.
