There definitely seems to be something troubling Amanda Bynes these days.
She adamantly denies drug use — even after the cops arrested her for allegedly throwing a bong out of her window — but her parents apparently fear the root is something else.
Concerned with Amanda’s behavior ever since she “exhibited distressing behavior” as a teenager, a source says they’re concerned their daughter is the victim of schizophrenia.
As we’ve discussed before, insiders have given a glimpse into her alleged past with reports of her dreading smoke detectors as homes for secret cameras. Explaining in more detail, another source reveals:
“For years, since Amanda was a teenager, she exhibited distressing behavior. Amanda has heard voices for years, and was concerned she was being spied on via smoke alarms, and clocks in her home. She would cover electronic items because Amanda believed that was the only way she wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót be spied on. It├óΓé¼Γäós extremely sad situation because Amanda just refuses to get help.”
Well that definitely explains why they’d rather have her in a hospital!
And if this is really the case, we hope she seeks treatment SOONER than LATER! A proper evaluation could be just what her parents need to place her under a conservatorship.
As horrible as we’re sure that sounds to her, it’s something that serves for the ultimate best in one’s life. And that’s what we wish for her.
