Amanda Bynes Spotted Shopping With Her Dog!

Amanda Bynes was spotted out at a mall…again!!
We previously mentioned that she was out at an NJ mall, the Westfield Garden State Plaza.
While there, fans were snapping pics of her, and she actually took one person’s phone and deleted a photo of her off of it!!
That apparently wasn’t enough to keep MandaPanda indoors, because she was back at a mall shopping with her cute pup!!
How do we know?? Because there’s a Vine of it!!
Sure, there’s always the possibility that this ISN’T Amanda├óΓé¼┬ª but if so, it’s someone doing a pret-ty good impression! LOLz!
