Amanda Bynes is not happy with her parents’ conservatorship.
The What I Like About You star may not have been present in court, but she’s ready to defend herself on Twitter.

Her parents may have control of her finances for now, but according to Amanda, the fight is far from over.
She says she’s meeting regularly with both a doctor and a lawyer, and everything is going to be just fine soon enough.
She tweeted:
I was diagnosed bi – polar and manic depressive so I’m on medication and I’m seeing my psychologist and pyshchiatrist weekly so I’m fine 😀

It’s nice to hear Amanda sounding so hopeful, but the last time she went off on Twitter about fighting her parents, she didn’t even show up.
We just hope this new medication is working. It would be so nice to have the old Amanda back.
UPDATE:
Amanda took to Twitter once again on Tuesday morning suggesting that all her previous night’s tweets weren’t real! She tweeted:
I was at a friends apartment last night and one of my friends tweeted my phone , sorry guys !

So now we don’t know WHAT to believe!
But we will say this: last time Amanda denied some of her tweets, she blamed a microchip implanted in her brain, so this really does feel like a step in the right direction.
