As we reported in July, the actress made a rare public appearance at a salon in West Hollywood. At the time, the former child star looked happy, healthy, and stylish with long, blonde hair.

On Wednesday, five months later, the 30-year-old resurfaced in El Lay having lunch with a friend!
Not only was she wearing a navy coat and grey jeans, she was sporting a shorter, brunette hairdo!
Last time we heard from her, Miz Bynes was studying fashion design at FIDM which explains why she has shied away from the public eye and social media.
