After some fans thought the funny lady already delivered her first child, on Tuesday on Instagram, the I Feel Pretty thespian confirmed she is “still pregnant and puking.”
While posting a pic of her, her baby bump, and her husband, Schumer also criticized how government money funds men’s issues like erectile dysfunction, but rarely goes to women’s issues like “hyperemesis or endometriosis.”
The 37-year-old wrote:
“Amy Schumer And Chris Fischer set pulses racing while the heavily pregnant Schumer flaunts her growing bump. Amy is still pregnant and puking because money rarely goes to medical studies for women such as hyperemesis or endometriosis and instead goes to things like dicks not getting hard enough or old guys who want harder dicks.”

On Monday, when the comedian said the work of economist Emily Oster “got [her] through pregnancy,” social media users thought her use of the past tense indicated that she already delivered her bundle of joy.
Fans wrote:
“Uhhh congratulations? Lol idk if I’m reading too much into that”
“Through pregnancy meaning…”
“Got you through as in past tense?! Are congratulations in order?!”
As we reported in November 2018, the actress revealed she was hospitalized for hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe type of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
Because of her illness, she was forced to cancel her show at the Winspear Opera House in Dallas, Texas.
Although her “baby’s fine,” she confessed she has “been even more ill” during her second trimester, revealing:
“Texas I am so deeply sorry. I have been really looking forward to these shows. I have to reschedule. I am in the hospital. I’m fine. Baby’s fine but everyone who says the 2nd trimester is better is not telling the full story. I’ve been even more ill this trimester. I have hyperemesis and it blows. Very lucky to be pregnant but this is some bulls**t! Sending so much love to the doctors and nurses taking great care of me and Tati! They are cool as hell! And Texas I am really really sorry and I’ll be out there as soon as I’m better.”
Wishing her as much comfort as she can get!
