Sad News: Rizzoli & Isles Star Angie Harmon & NFL’s Jason Sehorn Split After 13 Years Of Marriage

It’s so disappointing when a couple can’t make it work, but that’s life!
Angie Harmon of Rizzoli & Isles and NFL star Jason Sehorn have decided to call it quits after 13 years of marriage and three children.

The couple addressed their sad split in the following statement:

“For the sake of their children, they ask for respect and privacy as they navigate this time in their lives.”

According to Angie, the marriage was wracked with stress due to the hectic nature of the couple’s conflicting schedules. While Jason and the couple’s three children are based in North Carolina, Angie spends most of her time filming in Los Angeles. Naturally, the distance between the two was difficult to deal with.
In an interview from 2011, Angie lamented:

“We don’t get out Friday nights early enough to catch a flight home. So I’m here in LA. We sometimes meet in Texas, a 2├é┬╜-hour flight for both of us. I miss my kids, so it’s hard, but my children are so understanding.”

Whoa, we can’t even begin to imagine how hard it must have been to make their demanding schedules work!
While we’re sad to hear the couple are parting ways, we’re glad they’re keeping things private for the sake of their kids.
