Is Anna Duggar f**king serious?!
As Perezcious readers know, Josh Duggar was sentenced to 12 years behind bars after being found guilty of receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material. He has maintained his innocence and made several attempts to appeal his sentence, which may or may not happen now due to a potential recent error on his part!

And throughout the legal battle, his wife has stuck by his side. She has also made it very clear she disagrees with his sentencing, including in a newly revealed letter. According to People on Tuesday, Anna forwarded a note to Josh from an unidentified person who felt his punishment was a failure of the justice system. Yes, you read that correctly. They even go as far as to say the sentencing is ridiculous! Does Anna really co-sign this crap? How could she forward this along?? It read:
“I just can’t even wrap my mind around this system of ours. [W]hat purpose does it serve to put a citizen away for that long, especially for a crime that was actually victimless?”
VICTIMLESS?!
Josh allegedly “used the internet to download child sexual abuse material,” some of which includes kids under the age of 12. An agent testified in court that one of the videos the former reality star downloaded is among the “top five worst of the worst” he had ever seen because it depicted the abuse of an 18-MONTH-OLD child! What he did is not a victimless crime! Those kids suffered horrific rape and torture, and then had a creep on the internet download video of the crime to watch. Those are victims! And let’s not forget that his trial also revealed allegations that he molested a girl as young as 4 years old when he was a teen! His own sisters weren’t the only ones! So what a disgusting thing to suggest that there are no victims here, Anna!
The person went on to say the sentence is “absolutely crazy,” adding:
“I am incensed by the ridiculousness of it ALL.”
Well we’re incensed that anyone would stick up for a pedophile. The person then had the nerve to call Josh a “productive member of society, a business owner, a father, a husband, a taxpayer,” and that they can’t believe he would go to prison when “our society NEEDS these far more desperately than it needs more prisoners.” Ugh! Eff off!
Society doesn’t need people like Josh. The victims deserved justice, and that’s what they got when the jury slapped the television personality with a 12-year sentence. And guess what? He’s not getting out on time now because he continues getting more time added while behind bars! But the actual audacity of these people to argue that no one got hurt here and say that he should be free right now? It’s disgusting.
And these people call themselves Christian… People reported the letter concluded with a psalm to comfort Josh, along with multiple other declarations of support.
