Anne Hathaway is set to portray the legendary Judy Garland on both the silver screen and stage.
Adapted from Gerald Clarke’s 2000 biography, Get Happy: The Life of Judy Garland, the Weinstein Co. will be expertly producing both projects.
If Princess Anne can manage to swing it (and we think she can!), she stands to garner both an Oscar and a Tony nod. Though twice nominated, Garland never won an Oscar, apart from an honorary award after her death. Nor did she ever appear on Broadway.
And, as we’ve already established, Annie can sing!
