She was the dream of millions of teenagers back when she owned the Mouseketeers.
Annette Funicello was a lady adored for her poise and pizazz on Disney‘s legendary Mickey Mouse Club, as well as her co-starring contributions to Frankie Avalon‘s Beach Party movies.
We are very sorry to report that Annette has passed away at the age of 70, after a long battle with multiple sclerosis.
Her family was by her side on Monday when they decided to end the coma that consumed her for years.
So sad to see such a jewel in the world of entertainment lose her life, but we’re hopeful for the peace she and her family may now find that they couldn’t in her coma.
