The new Focker-In-Law trailer accidentally Focked up!
On Wednesday, Universal Pictures released the first trailer for their upcoming Focker sequel Focker-In-Law. Ariana Grande joins Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro for the fourth entry in the franchise, so you already know fans are watching this thing like a hawk! And they’ve already spotted one glaring editing mistake!

At the end of the trailer, Ariana’s character Olivia, the latest addition to the dysfunctional fam, races Ben’s character Greg on a bicycle… and things end in disaster when Olivia bites it and splats onto the pavement! Watch (below):
But eagle-eyed viewers were quick to point out the person falling was NOT the pop princess… but an obvious stunt double! On X (Twitter), people wrote things like:
“the obvious stunt double is cracking me up lowkey.”
“THIS IS FMU BYE”
“Oh ariana dont make that face now”
“Not a good look when you can see the stunt double in a trailer for a comedy movie. Regardless, I’m seated cause I love the Fockerverse.”

Well, that looked like a hard fall so we’re GLAD it wasn’t Ari taking it. But maybe a different camera angle or editing fix would’ve helped??
