On TikTok earlier this month, viewers were adamant they spotted an intrauterine device (IUD) lying on the ground of the main courtyard as the contestants were entering the villa. The cameraman even appeared to zoom in on it.

Sharing a clip to social media of this season’s third episode, an eagle-eyed fan wondered whose medical device fell out, writing:
