Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are ready to end their legal battle over their shared home!
You may recall that the Love Island USA host sued her ex-boyfriend to force the sale of their house in the Valley Village neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley back in January 2024. The lawsuit came nearly a year after their dramatic breakup over his months-long affair with her best friend/Vanderpump Rules co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. They continued to live together in the house after the split, but Ariana moved out by March 2024.

Ariana wanted to sell the home and split the money following the cheating scandal, but Sandoval wanted to keep the place for himself. He claimed he offered Ariana $3.1 million in cash to buy her out, but she refused the offer due to “petty” reasons. They purchased the home for $2 million in February 2019, so they could get way more than the “trash” offer, as Ariana put it, from Tom.
Fortunately for her, he later agreed to sell the home. And now, three years after Scandoval, Page Six reported on Wednesday that they have settled the legal battle over the house! Yes, they finally settled! Ariana and Sandoval reportedly reached an agreement, as she filed a notice of settlement of the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. According to the filing, the dismissal of the case is “conditional,” and requires “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.
The filing states both Ariana and Tom will meet again on February 5 for a final status conference. As long as Sandy holds up his end of the bargain, everything should be good. If he doesn’t, the case will go to trial on February 17. Fingers crossed, Sandoval doesn’t screw it up, so they can move on from this for good!
