Prince George isn’t the only baby around with the name George.
In fact – his new gift has his name!
Australia’s Northern Territory has given the royal baby a most unusual gift! A baby crocodile! And its name is…George!
Thankfully though the gift won’t be shipped to Prince George’s nursery anytime soon!
The baby reptile will be placed in Crocosaurus Cove in the city of Darwin, but its caretakers say Prince George can come and check out his present anytime he wants to crawl on over!
Here’s what the chief minister of Australia’s Northern Territory said:
“In gifting this baby crocodile that we’ve named George. We’ve said that we will encourage new Prince George to come out … and visit your gift, little crocodile George, the royal crocodile. Come out and visit at any point in time. Prince George and the royal couple will be receiving many gifts from around the world. This is something unique to the Northern Territory.”
The baby croc will be placed with two other crocodiles named Kate and William after Prince George’s famous parents!
Aww! That’s so cool!
Both of the George babies will totally be able to grow up together albeit in different parts of the world.
What a crock of sweetness!!
