Age Of Ultron Didn't Quite Match Avengers' Premiere But It Still Dominated The Weekend Box Office!

It looks like everyone assembled for the Avengers: Age of Ultron premiere!
That’s because the superhero sequel just scored the No. 2 box office debut of all time!!
Unfortunately, the Marvel movie didn’t quite outdo the No. 1 titleholder — the first Avengers.
Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Hemsworth, and the rest of the team raked in an estimate $188 million this weekend — Just about $20 million short of the Avengers premiere back in 2012.

This slight under-performance seems to match the word of mouth that the follow-up wasn’t quite as good as the original, but the 9-digit box office is still incredible!
