Barney Frank has joined the infamous club of celebrity nip slips!
Yes, this is no Lindsay Lohan bikini wardrobe malfunction, but may very well be the 71-year-old male equivalent.
The heater must have been broken on Monday while the Massachusetts congressman addressed the House of Representatives because his nips looked like they were about to rip out of his blue sweater!
He was talking about something, but all we heard was, “Nipple! Nipple! Nipple!” Guess the old saying is true. Actions Nipples really do speak louder than words!
