Looks like Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan really are working on things!
Shortly after split rumors have been swirling around, the actor was reportedly spotted supporting his girl at her MTV VMAs rehearsals on Tuesday — a day before the big event took place. According to Page Six on Wednesday, the Saltburn star was seen at the UBS Arena while the singer practiced. There wasn’t any photo evidence of the sighting, sadly. But hey, this is still good news, right?!
After they were first linked last December, DeuxMoi claimed that the couple had called it quits in August. A People insider claimed they were “on and off” around that time, too — after they got into a massive fight amid their busy schedules, per sources!!

Last week, The Sun returned with good news about the lovebirds, reporting that an insider claimed they were “back together and really happy” after coming “to their senses.” But an Entertainment Tonight source wasn’t so positive, acknowledging they’re working things out but “not officially” an item again yet, saying:
“Sabrina and Barry are in contact and trying to make things work, but they’re not officially back together yet.”
Barry wasn’t seen during the award show with Sabrina, who obviously performed on stage. But if he really was there during rehearsals, that’s a positive sign! Seems like things are headed in the right direction again! Thoughts? Sound OFF (below)!
