Looks like Christmas Abbott might be on the naughty list this year.
The former Big Brother contestant was arrested on Tuesday in Tampa, Florida after turning herself into police. She was booked for felony criminal mischief from an incident that took place earlier this year.
According to reports, the fitness model drove to a Tampa gym back in August to confront her baby daddy’s alleged girlfriend. The police report states that Christmas “threw a coffee cup and caused a scene” before ramming into the woman’s car in the parking lot, causing $5,000 worth of damage.

Police declined to process her at the time because she was eight months pregnant. Her vehicle was seized instead and she was ordered to turn herself in at a later date.
Christmas’ rep told E! News that the gym drama came “during a very stressful and difficult time amplified by unexpected challenges and pregnancy,” adding:
“Christmas is being proactive in her responsibility to getting this matter resolved and moving forward with her life. She is and has been, solely focused on time with her son and recovering from a difficult pregnancy and delivery.”
From the looks of her Instagram page, Christmas is already out of the slammer and enjoying motherhood. Earlier Wednesday, she shared a video breastfeeding her son, whom she gave birth to in October.
