Bill Cosby Faces ANOTHER Defamation Lawsuit But Gets Good News Concerning His Legal Battle With Janice Dickinson

Bill Cosby‘s lawyer must be a rich man.
Over the past few days, Bill has received good and bad legal news. Either way, it’s clear the comedian will be embroiled in lawsuit drama for the foreseeable future.

In the defamation case of Janice Dickinson, Cosby recently received word that he and his lawyer’s depositions will be delayed until an appeals court reviews legal briefs submitted by both parties. The legal move is a win for the actor’s team considering they fought the depositions tooth and nail.
While B.C.’s legal team didn’t comment on the update, Janice’s lawyer commented:

“We are confident that once the Court of Appeals hears full argument on the issues it will allow the deposition of Mr. Cosby and his attorney to go forward.”

Hopefully the right decision in this case will be made!
Now for Bill’s bad news — One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest star Louisa Moritz just filed a defamation suit against the scandalized icon. Louisa has always been outspoken with her claim the father of five sexually assaulted her in The Tonight Show‘s dressing room back in the ’70s.
Following Moritz’s allegations, Cosby’s lawyer got nasty and went as far to bring up her failed career as a lawyer. In response, the actress is suing for defamation.
The Cosby Show star’s rep has yet to comment on the latest suit.
