Bill Cosby is hitting back at his latest accuser.
On Thursday, the comedian filed legal docs in response to Judy Huth‘s claim that he raped her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974. The woman, who was only 15 at the time, alleges Cosby sexually assaulted her after the pair took part in a drinking game.

Obviously, the claim was so explosive that the 77-year-old couldn’t ignore it like he has with past allegations, so he’s countersuing the woman in hopes that her case gets dismissed.
In the legal docs, The Cosby Show star cites many holes in Judy’s story, including the fact that she has tried to extort money from him in the past. According to Bill’s lawyer, Huth asked for $100k in exchange for her silence 10 years ago, a rate she increased to $250k as more allegations surfaced.
Hmm, this seems like a very complicated situation.
What’s even more tricky about the case is the statute of limitations — IF Judy did try to extort the actor 10 years ago, then her opportunity to file a civil lawsuit has expired.
Wow. We have a feeling this fight is only going to get worse.
