Get ready for a flurry of high-profile Bill Cosby stories to be back in the news this coming week…
The disgraced comedian and convicted sexual predator will face the judge for his sentencing hearing on Monday morning, and if early indications are any sign, prosecutors are NOT playing around here.

According to TMZ, the prosecutors in Cosby’s case are adamant that he receive no special treatment because he’s now an 81-year-old man.
They will instead demand that regardless of how long the sentence is, that Cosby gets hauled off to prison immediately. Cosby’s own legal team, on the other hand, is expected to ask the judge to allow the old man to remain free on bail while they appeal his conviction.
Appeals could take years, of course, and the 81-year-old Cosby may never even step foot behind prison walls if that’s the case. Prosecutors really don’t want that to happen; even if it’s too little, too late, they want the disgraced comedian to feel at least some justice for his actions.
Cosby faces a maximum of 30 years in prison after he was convicted of aggravated indecent assault on Andrea Constand back in April; we’ll see soon enough what happens on Monday morning.
