This is quite civil of them. If this were the Lohans, they’d be fighting tooth and nail over who gets to control their famous child’s money life.
Upon announcing the news that they would be separating, it was uncovered that Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife, Tish, would also be seeking to “share the care, custody and control” of the three kids: Noah, Braison and Miley, who’ll be 18 next month.
According to the divorce papers, there is no “information of any custody proceedings” at this time, so we guess that means they plan on working it amongst themselves, without involving any lawyers.
So far, this is going down as one of the tamest divorces this year. It makes us wonder why they’re even splitting.
