Blac Chyna is getting sued by one of her ex-boyfriends for horrifying allegations. No, it is not Rob Kardashian. However, the other ex did name-drop him in the suit. Buckle up, Perezcious readers…
According to court documents obtained by TMZ and People, Twin Hector filed a lawsuit against the former reality star in California Superior Court on Monday, claiming she verbally and physically abused him throughout their three-year relationship when they lived together in Los Angeles. And he has receipts to back the claims!
In the domestic violence, civil assault, and battery suit, the rapper said he met Chyna in August 2020 and moved into her home in Woodland Hills shortly after. Once the former couple lived together, he says things turned into a nightmare for him. Hector claimed the television personality “would regularly drink alcohol and use other drugs, to excess.” When Chyna was intoxicated, she allegedly became “physically violent and verbally threatening and abusive” toward the I Like It artist “for no apparent reason.”
Per the outlets, Hector claimed Chyna would punch, shove, slap, kick, and strangle him — even using household objects as weapons like wires, furniture, cell phones, and kitchen utensils to hurt him. He alleges she also “often” threatened to kill him, either in a fight or in his sleep.
Whoa. What the f**k.
The musician said he “would always do his best to avoid the blows” and restrained Chyna since he cared for her and hoped she would seek help. Once the Rob & Chyna alum sobered up, he says she never remembered the attacks from the night prior or apologized to save the relationship. But beyond that, the suit stated she did not try to get better — despite Twin encouraging her to seek treatment:
“At no point did [Chyna] ever show sincere remorse to [Twin] or, on his suggestion, seek medical and/or psychological treatment for her propensity for violence.”
When Twin pushed her to get help, Chyna — who is now two years sober — allegedly refused at the time and blamed him for “not mechanically abiding by her every instruction or demand” instead. Jeez. And things escalated in September 2021, Hector said. While he was asleep in their house, he claimed that Chyna woke him up “without warning” with “multiple closed-fisted punches, elbow blows, and knee kicks to his body and face.” As the 36-year-old model rained down blows to his face, she allegedly pinned his arms down with her body weight, leaving him unable to defend himself.
Following the alleged brutal attack, Hector said he was “virtually blinded by the blows to his eyes,” with blood dripping down his face. And he has photo evidence of injuries, which includes a swollen eye. Take a look (below):

He says after Chyna saw the injuries to his face, she called her doctor to give him first aid at their house. Per the suit, the physician ultimately recommended Twin see a plastic surgeon, an ophthalmological surgeon, a neurologist, and a psychiatrist for his wounds — that was how bad it was!
So, so awful.
Rob was also referenced in the suit to show her alleged history of abuse. Hector noted the 37-year-old television personality and other Kardashians previously testified in court that Blac “has a propensity for verbal abuse and extreme physical violence toward her domestic partners and others, primarily when she consumes alcohol.”
Rob even made similar allegations as Hector. During Chyna’s civil trial against the KarJenner family in April 2022, he claimed his ex-fiancé beat him at least five times during their relationship — even strangling him with a phone cord while she was drinking and on cocaine. She also allegedly held a gun to his head. So scary.
And just like Rob, Hector allegedly experienced the same abuse at the hands of Chyna. Before their relationship ended in March 2023, he claimed he suffered from a broken nose, deep gashes on his face, a scar on his eyelid, whiplash, nerve damage, daily headaches, and insomnia. He further stated that Chyna believes she thinks she can verbally abuse and physically attack men without any repercussions. But Hector hopes to get some justice now. He’s suing for over $10 million in damages.
At this time, Chyna has not addressed the allegations from her ex. His attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, did issue a statement to TMZ on Thursday about the lawsuit, saying:
“It is a shocking experience for any man to go through — being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context and knowing they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being mislabeled (falsely) the de facto aggressor. Every day in America men suffer what are often brutal injuries, but many lack the courage to come forward and protect their legal rights. Our client is willing to stand up and seek protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act — which applies to all genders. He hopes other non-female victims of domestic violent crime will feel free to do the same.”
