Bristol Palin is ready to tie the knot, and the lucky guy is Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. Dakota Meyer!

The Kentucky native popped the question, she said YES! and they both announced it on Friday night via social media.
Sarah Palin‘s daughter shared this picture (above), saying:

“Truly the luckiest girl in the world, cannot wait to marry this man!!!! ├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬Å├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬Å├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬Å”

While Dakota echoed it, sharing:

I’m definitely the luckiest guy ever to be able to spend the rest of my life with @bsmp2 #shesaidyes

This will be the first marriage for both of them, but you may remember that Bristol was previously engaged to her baby daddy Levi Johnston. They have a six-year-old son, Tripp, together.
