How dare he?!
British TV host Eamonn Holmes apparently isn’t a big fan of American stars. Rather, he doesn’t particularly enjoy interviewing them.
During a broadcast of ITV’s This Morning show, Eamonn announced:
“A lot of the American stars aren’t approachable.”
He explained:
├óΓé¼┼ôIt├óΓé¼Γäós ridiculous what one guy said to me once about Rihanna… I said, ├óΓé¼╦£Hello Rihanna how you are doing? My name is Eamonn. I will be doing the interview with you├óΓé¼Γäó and this guy, he banged me on the shoulder and said, ├óΓé¼╦£Excuse me if you want to speak to Miss Rihanna you speak to me├óΓé¼Γäó. And I said: ├óΓé¼╦£I am terribly sorry. I am so sorry. Are you on the programme?├óΓé¼Γäó He said, ├óΓé¼╦£No I am not├óΓé¼Γäó, and then used an expletive.├óΓé¼┬¥
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Eamonn went further, claiming that Meg Ryan was one of the worst he interviewed:
├óΓé¼┼ôMeg Ryan is the woman who should genuinely not be exposed to live broadcast interviews… Because she psychologically doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want to be there and I do think she has got a problem and she doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want to talk about herself. Therefore be warned: anybody that gets an interview with Meg Ryan just don├óΓé¼Γäót bother.├óΓé¼┬¥
What’s more, he went so far as to criticize the actress’ face as “a bit soft, like a balloon with a slow puncture!”
YIKES!
He might have trouble getting those interviews now!
