Scary! Britney Spears has just retained a permanent restraining order against a Louisiana man amid big security concerns!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday, a 51-year-old man named Donald has been harassing Brit Brit online since 2013. That’s over a decade ago. Jeez.
He was even arrested for trespassing after showing up at her home in 2025. He was spotted by the Circus artist’s security team, who contacted the local sheriff’s department. Deputies found the guy shaking at the scene as he smoked cigarettes. He was taken into custody, and he “exhibited odd behavior and made several incoherent comments” during the arrest.

The docs note that Britney has no idea who the man is. She has no relationship with him whatsoever. But her security team is worried, particularly because his social media posts, while “largely incoherent,” contain unnerving messages:
“Several could be interpreted as threatening to harm [Britney].”
Yikes!
This includes a message that was posted with the phrase “bullet hole heart,” which raised some serious concerns for the avid dancer’s safety. Plus, the man has a “long and concerning criminal history,” which includes convictions for criminal trespass and aggravated assault in 2019. He was also charged with burglary and harassment, per the docs, and faced allegations in court of cyberstalking and DUI. Yeah, not the kinda guy you want showing up at Brit’s home!
Now, Donald has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the celeb at all times. The restraining order will be in place until 2030. Wow!
