Nearly four years ago, Brittany Murphy‘s death was ruled as a result of natural causes (pneumonia and anemia)—but new toxicology tests indicate she may have been poisoned!
And the person at the helm of this reinvestigation of sorts is the actress’ father, Angelo Bertolotti.
In a new interview, the forever grieving parent still believes Brittany’s death was infused with foul play:
“I had a feeling that there was a murder situation here. Yeah. It’s poison. Yes. I know that.”
Angelo is alleging in court papers that the coroner never tested his daughter’s hair or other remains for poisons or heavy metals. Not to mention—-five months after the star’s death, her husband suddenly died under similar conditions!
We know the toxicology test that was ordered by Britt’s father was positive for ten heavy metals—which they explain could be an exposure to toxins by a third-party with likely criminal intent!
The LAPD are not commenting, but the Los Angeles County Coroner did say they stand by their original report of natural causes.
This whole thing is such an awful mess!
Hopefully, the case will get officially reopened and justice for Brittany will be served!
