Everyone remembers the (above) suspect hospital photo Tori Spelling uploaded to Instagram last week, yes?!
In the snap’s caption, the reality TV star called out someone for not being present during her serious medical stay:

“This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I’ve finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori”

…Which we safely assumed was estranged husband Dean McDermott or mother Candy Spelling — since both parties have had rocky relations with the actress in the past.
But now, we can cross Tori’s momma off the list, because she EXCLUSIVELY spilled via Twitter that she had nothing to do with the shady caption:

We can’t think of anyone besides Dean she’d want to point the finger at!
Here’s hoping things look up for Tori soon, because we’re definitely worried about her.
