On Tuesday, another scene from the highly-anticipated superhero flick began making internet rounds, and this one’s all about mounting tensions between Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans!

In this new video, several Marvel heroes gather to decide whether or not they should give up their right to choose which battles they fight.
If they sign the agreement — like RDJ wants — it means the good guys would be bossed around by the U.N., and Cap is NOT about that!
