Uh-oh, is Offset is UPset?!
ICYMI, Cardi B made her first major public appearance since giving birth to baby Kulture, by opening the 2018 MTV VMAs on Monday night.
But instead of performing, the 25-year-old rapper got us all good by opening the show with a prank seemingly involving her newborn baby.

The Bronx rapper teased viewers by cradling a pink baby blanket while she rattled off her usual one-liners. Baby Daddy Offset’s face remained pretty stoic through it all, which made us wonder — is he just nervous for his wife’s set or pissed about something else?
Cardi clears it up with this tweet (below):

Guess Kulture’s daddy wasn’t here for it, but to be fair, we all were duped when the self-proclaimed “empress of NY” revealed an MTV moon man instead of her baby hiding in that blanket.
We’ll just have to wait a little longer to get our first real glimpse at baby K!
