The verdict is in for Stefon Diggs…
As you may know, Cardi B’s ex-boyfriend/baby daddy was accused by his former live-in chef, Jamila Adams, of slapping and choking her during a dispute over money in December 2025. He was charged with one count of felony strangulation and one count of misdemeanor assault and battery in Massachusetts.

And while Stefon has maintained his innocence, what does the jury think? After a two-day trial at the Dedham District Court, the New England Patriots player was found NOT guilty! Whoa!
During the trial, Jamila took to the stand and had a pretty rough time. The judge scolded her for failing to answer several of Stefon’s lawyers’ questions, including about the alleged $5.5 million demand her team had asked for three weeks before they went to court, or why she didn’t document her injuries. She later claimed she didn’t know about the request. His team ultimately insisted there wasn’t a single “shred” of evidence, other than her words. And clearly, the jury sided with him in the end.
Stefon was facing up to five years in prison, so he must be relieved by the decision. At this time, he hasn’t spoken out about the verdict. What are your reactions, Perezcious readers? Share ’em in the comments (below).
