Cardi B is back to making money moves!
The Grammy winner returned to the stage for the first time on Sunday, weeks after she was forced to postpone a series of concerts to recover from her plastic surgeries.
As we reported, the 26-year-old was told by doctors to take some time off because her body was swelling up following her liposuction and breast augmentation procedures. Bardi’s medical professionals encouraged her to take a few weeks off from performing at the time — but it appears she’s already back in full twerking condition!

The rapper made her comeback at Hot 97’s Summer Jam at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, putting on an energetic show that saw her twerking on all fours and doing splits on stage.
After performing her new single Press for the first time, the New Yorker brought out surprise guests Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus to sing their chart-topping hit Old Town Road — all while Cardi rocked a cowboy hat and delivered her version of a hoedown.

The monther-of-one took to Instagram to thank her guests after the show, admitting that she wasn’t exactly sure how to dance to the Western-inspired song. She told her fans:
“Thank you so much Lil Nas for bringing out Billy Ray Cyrus. I couldn’t even f**king believe it, like when I was on stage, I was like ‘Ah! I don’t know what to do … I’m just gonna dance like a motherf**king idiot.’ ”
Ha! It’s like a wise performer once said: when in doubt, do a hoedown.
The Bodak Yellow artist also invited her husband Offset to the stage during her set, who joined her to perform their song Clout.

It’s great to see her back on stage, seeing as Cardi’s been itching to get back to work ever since she was forced to take time off last month. She lamented about her forced hiatus in an Instagram Live video:
“You know, I hate canceling shows because I love money. I’m a money addict, and I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows … like I’m canceling millions of dollars in shows… But like, health is wealth, so I have to do what I have to do. My breasts gotta f**king heal, and it is what it is.”
The songstress went on to explain that although her surface stitches had healed, her internal stitches had not. So her doctors strongly suggested she take a break from performing. She added:
“I gotta get better. The way that my body be swelling up when I catch planes and s**t, it’s so scary that I be freaking out. Like I really be freaking out.”
At the time her break was announced, Cardi’s reps revealed that her workload had taken a toll on the singer’s newly altered body, explaining:
“Cardi was overzealous in getting back to work; she didn’t take the time necessary to fully recover from her surgery. Her strenuous schedule has taken a toll on her body and she has been given strict doctor’s orders to pull out of the rest of her performances in May.”
Looks like she’s back in business now!
